Tara and Milan’s engagement photoshoot was truly an adventure that will be remembered for years to come. The couple had relocated to Cape Town from Holland and were eager to incorporate the stunning natural beauty of the area into their photos. As lovers of Table Mountain and the twelve apostles mountain range, we knew we had to capture the essence of these landmarks in their photos.
Our first location was Maiden’s Cove, a beautiful beach nestled between rocky cliffs with stunning views of the ocean. Even though we had to deal with some heavy winds that day, Tara and Milan were great sports and were determined to make the most of the situation. As we were snapping away, a massive wave crashed onto the cliff they were sitting on and got the couple completely soaked! It was definitely an unexpected moment, but they laughed it off and we captured some incredible shots in the aftermath.
Next up was Signal Hill, one of the most breathtaking viewpoints in Cape Town. It was here that Tara and Milan’s newborn son joined in on the photo shoot. It was heartwarming to see the love and affection they had for their little one, and we were able to capture some truly special moments between the three of them. The light was absolutely perfect, and the sweeping views of the city and surrounding mountains made for an unforgettable backdrop.
As we wrapped up the shoot, we couldn’t help but feel grateful for having had the opportunity to capture such a special moment in Tara and Milan’s lives. The unpredictable weather and unexpected wave only added to the charm of the shoot, and we were thrilled with the final product. It’s a testament to their love and joy as a family, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for them.
