I know it has been a hot minute, but I’m so glad to be catching up with my blog posts! And there are lots of weddings coming to your screen soon!
Today, I am so glad to be sharing Janet & Shaam’s beautiful Hout Bay wedding. As you may remember from their Connection Session, these two lovebirds are completely in love with not just each other, but also the town they call home, so when it came to their perfect wedding day it only made sense to have it at one of their favorite restaurants, surrounded by their nearest and dearest.
Janet’s family was luckily able to attend all the way from Holland and Germany, and this was just super special as it was the first time in years that they were all together – if Covid-19 has taught us anything, it’s to cherish these moments!
Shaam & Janet could not have looked happier as they met each other at the ceremony, and I think everyone had their biggest smiles on(even through the tears) as their happiness was so infectious!
The wedding day completely embodied the things that Janet & Shaam value most – good food, good wine, good company & good entertainment. As the evening progressed, Shaam sang to his wife, which was just so endearing to witness, as well as their friends that came together and wrote a song about their relationship, which just demonstrated how cherished they are in their family and friends’ circles.
With their baby almost here, I’m confident that their love for each other will only continue to grow and deepen, and we wish them all the love and happiness in the world!
